When am I charged?
The product page you buy from will tell you which way you're going, and both end the same place: you never pay for something you sent back.

A normal purchase (this is how the Cellulite Kit works): you pay at checkout like any other order. If it doesn't land for you, return it within 14 days of delivery and we refund you in full.

A $0 trial (offered on some mousses): nothing is charged at checkout. We place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the price of the item, and that amount is charged at the end of your window only if you keep it. Two honest notes: a hold can look like a pending line on your statement even though it isn't a charge, and if the hold can't be kept alive on your card, the charge can land before your window ends. You are never charged more than the price on the page.
Do I have to send the product back?
Yes. If it's not for you, send the product back to us within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used bottles are fine - just return what you have. Return shipping is on you.
How long do I have?
14 days from the day your order is delivered. That's more than enough for one overnight develop to show you exactly how it reads on your skin.
Which products are included?
Any single full-size mousse, all six shades, plus The Cellulite Kit. Our other kits and multipacks sit outside the Taste Test for now.
How do I start a return or stop a trial?
